Artwork Formats and Specifications

We can accept your artwork in just about any popular file format, either on disc or via email. We can also help with setting up and laying out your artwork, often for no extra cost.

If you require a full design service, we can help out for an negotiated fee, or at a standard hourly rate.

When submitting your artwork, if you follow the guidelines in the panel on the right, it'll help ensure we get the best print possible for your disc or booklet.

Please email your artwork to:gart@hificopies.com

Send your image in the correct dimensions, at the highest resolution possible; 300 dpi is ideal, anything less than 200dpi and the sharpness of your image will begin to deteriorate.

Use the templates to ensure that your artwork is on the correct proportion, and your booklet or insert is aligned correctly.

If you're laying out your own artwork on our templates, please include the 3mm bleed indicated around the edge of any booklet or sleeve templates.

Please flatten all layers prior to sending files (but remember to keep an un-flattened copy for yourself in case you need to amend it!)
